More than just a DJ.
A complete concept.
Anyone can book a DJ. At BPM MEF, we take it a step further: our concepts are complete, thoughtfully designed evening formulas — developed with our own DJs and fully customizable for your event.
From an interactive music bingo to a full-fledged club experience: each concept has its own character, but the same promise — creatively conceived and seamlessly executed, from the first note to the last dance.
Which concept fits your event?
Each concept has its own character — from interactive games to a full club experience. Are you in doubt? We are happy to brainstorm with you.
Our concepts
Music Bingo
A music bingo is the ultimate combination of excitement, fun, and musical experience! Forget traditional bingo with boring numbers – this interactive show is all about music, recognition, and festive vibes. Each participant receives a bingo card filled with titles instead of numbers. Our energetic DJ plays snippets of the most iconic, surprising, and singable hits. Hear a song that’s on your card? Then mark it off! Whoever has a full row or card first shouts BINGO!
Vinyl Request
Your music, your evening! Step into a world where music is truly experienced. No digital playlists, no algorithms – only pure, analog sounds from authentic vinyl records. This is Vinyl Request, where you decide what gets played. A stylish space, a turntable with a DJ who masters the art of vinyl to perfection, and an impressive collection of singles for you to choose from. From timeless classics to forgotten gems – you dive into the crates and create the soundtrack of the evening.
Latin Beatz
Welcome to Latin Beatz! The place where the passion of Latin meets the hottest beats of today. Get ready for an unforgettable mix of sultry Bachata, energetic Salsa, uplifting Reggaeton, flowing Kizomba, groovy R&B, and the irresistible vibe of Latin House. Whether you're here to dance, enjoy the music, or simply soak up the atmosphere – at Latin Beatz, you can feel the energy flow. Get ready to move!
The Night Meeting
The Night Meeting brings a unique club experience to life, where house and electronic music take center stage. Each venue is transformed into an atmospheric nightclub, where quality, experience, and the finest music come together – served by carefully selected top DJs. The Night Meeting is the place for everyone who doesn't just want to party, but truly experience that club or festival vibe!
Any questions about our concepts?
For large events, we recommend booking at least three to four months in advance. Popular dates (Fridays and Saturdays in spring and summer) are sometimes reserved more than a year ahead. For smaller gatherings or networking events, shorter notice is often possible as well. Contact us for current availability.
Our standard packages always include: the performance of the artist, a professional sound system suitable for the venue, setup and teardown, and travel costs within a radius of 50 km from Amsterdam. Lighting, stage, and additional equipment are available upon request and will be estimated separately.
Absolutely. We collaborate with you in advance to create a setlist that fits the event and your target audience. You can specify desired songs, forbidden songs, and style preferences through our online intake form. The final artistic freedom remains with the DJ — ensuring the best flow for the evening.
Within a radius of 50 km from Amsterdam, we do not charge travel costs. Outside this area, we charge € 0.35 per kilometer. For events abroad or at a great distance, we will provide a custom offer.
Yes. We standardly provide a professional sound system that matches the size of the venue. Lighting (ambiance lighting, moving heads, LED par cans) is available as an option and is always tailored to the location and concept. Our technical team handles the installation and remains present throughout the entire evening.
BPM MEF works with an internal replacement network. In the unlikely event of a failure, we always arrange an equivalent replacement — at no extra cost to you. This is outlined in our agreement. Your event will go ahead.
