The Night Meeting is the place for everyone who doesn't just want to party, but truly experience that club or festival vibe!
Everything you need to know about party entertainment
For large events, we recommend booking at least three to four months in advance. Popular dates (Fridays and Saturdays in spring and summer) are sometimes reserved more than a year ahead. For smaller gatherings or networking events, shorter notice is often possible as well. Contact us for current availability.
Our standard packages always include: the performance of the artist, a professional sound system suitable for the venue, setup and teardown, and travel costs within a radius of 50 km from Amsterdam. Lighting, stage, and additional equipment are available upon request and will be estimated separately.
Absolutely. We collaborate with you in advance to create a setlist that fits the event and your target audience. You can specify desired songs, forbidden songs, and style preferences through our online intake form. The final artistic freedom remains with the DJ — ensuring the best flow for the evening.
Within a radius of 50 km from Amsterdam, we do not charge travel costs. Outside this area, we charge € 0.35 per kilometer. For events abroad or at a great distance, we will provide a custom offer.
Yes. We standardly provide a professional sound system that matches the size of the venue. Lighting (ambiance lighting, moving heads, LED par cans) is available as an option and is always tailored to the location and concept. Our technical team handles the installation and remains present throughout the entire evening.
BPM MEF works with an internal replacement network. In the unlikely event of a failure, we always arrange an equivalent replacement — at no extra cost to you. This is outlined in our agreement. Your event will go ahead.
